Botdoc Now Product Release

Dear Valued Customer,

On Sunday April 20, 2025, at 2am MST there will be scheduled deployment with no downtime to enhancements to our Botdoc Now product.  This planned outage will take approximately 1 hour to perform.  We appreciate your patience during this time.

• SSO updates
• Security updates
• Bug fixes

Affected Product/Service: Botdoc Interface

Expected Behavior:
Botdoc’s interface will be accessible during this scheduled maintenance.

Why we’re doing this:
Botdoc has received feedback from our customers that this functionality would be extremely beneficial. Our team is excited to be able to bring this feature to our users. This update makes it even easier for the secure transportation of data between two points.
