How long do we store customer’s information? Where does this information live?

Botdoc is not a longterm storage repository, only keeping the data long enough to transport it and confirm delivery. Botdoc’s momentary custody of the data resides on Microsoft Azure, fully encrypted.

How do I get these images/media into my CRM/DMS?

When using Botdoc Lite: Save, drag, and drop media from the Botdoc container to the software platform.

When using Botdoc Connect: Media is transported directly into the software platform.

How many users/downloads does Botdoc include?

Botdoc Lite and Botdoc Connect include an unlimited amount of users per dealership rooftop.

How can I monitor all of my dealership's activity?

Botdoc has an organizational view that is setup upon onboarding, allowing the permissioned employees to see all of the dealer rooftops, their activity, usage compliance, etc.

How does this work with texting/emailing from my CRM?

CRM texting and emailing features have templates that can be created for communicating. The Botdoc url can be added to any text or email message, allowing the consumer to engage and transport data securely and compliantly back to the dealership.

Can we use this tool in our servicing department? Fixed Ops?

Yes.

How much customization is there for my particular store? Logos, messaging, etc.

Botdoc Lite is semi-customizable. Botdoc Connect is fully customizable.

Can I send out documents to my customers using this technology?

Yes, dealers are able to send out data, documenets, etc. to another party.

Is there a file size limitation?

Botdoc’s underlying technology has no file size limitations.

What type of files can I send to customers?

Botdoc is file format agnostic, allowing you to send whatever you would like (e.g. PDF, Microsoft Word documents, JPEG, PNG, etc.).

Can my employees use their mobile phone?

Yes, with a simple shortcut in their keyboard, in one step, they can send the URL over SMS and allow the consumer to engage and transport PII back to the dealer compliantly.
