Botdoc Subprocessors

What is a subprocessor?

In order to provide its services, Botdoc may engage third parties to carry out data-processing activities that involve access to customer data. These organizations, called “subprocessors,” are identified below with their locations and the types of services they provide to Botdoc.

Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, Botdoc performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.

This list of subprocessors is updated as subprocessors change. Customer-specific notice of new subprocessors that will process Customer-attributable Personal Data is provided in accordance with the Botdoc Data Processing Addendum (https://botdoc.io/data-processing-addendum/), Section 7 (Subprocessors).
