Our SMS servicer (Twilio) is STILL currently experiencing issues with their infrastructure. This is causing SMS delays from our platform but specifically with US T-Mobile:
- SMS and MMS Delivery and Report Delays and Failures to US T-Mobile
- SMS Delivery Delays to Safaricom Network In Kenya
- Devices using Super SIM may experience degraded service
Twilio continues to work on the issues and we will have more information to you ASAP. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
