Botdoc Now Product Release

Dear Valued Customer,

On Sunday June 9, 2024 at 2am MST there will be scheduled downtime to enhancements to our Botdoc Now product  This planned outage will take approximately 1 hour to perform.  We appreciate your patience during this time.

Introducing our NEWEST Feature!

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) – This feature will permit a user to one set of login credentials (like using the credentials to your company email), reducing all user application logins to one login for greater security and convenience.

Affected Product/Service: Botdoc Interface

Expected Behavior:
Botdoc’s interface will be inaccessible during this scheduled maintenance.  Users Requests and Sends (inbound and outbound data/communications) will NOT be processed during this period.

Why we’re doing this:
Botdoc has received feedback from our customers that this functionality would be extremely beneficial. Our team is excited to be able to bring this feature to our users. This  update makes it even easier for the secure transportation of data between two points.
