Botdoc Now Product Release
Dear Valued Customer,
On Sunday March 23, 2025, at 2am MST there will be scheduled downtime to enhancements to our Botdoc Now product This planned outage will take approximately 1 hour to perform. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Introducing our NEWEST Features and updates!
- P1 Pull “waiting status” – You can now VIEW a PULL request (in My Requests Pull) before its completed. You can now View and Re-send (before you could only re-send).
- P1 Personal URL page/Profile – We have created a checkbox to allow users to hide their emails on the Personal URL (card public page).
- P1 updates – teams background colors, social logins on custom domains, and creating queues.
- P2 updates – Push upload improvements and contacts page improvements
- Security updates
- Bug fixes
Affected Product/Service: Botdoc Interface
Expected Behavior:
Botdoc’s interface will be inaccessible during this scheduled maintenance. User Requests and Sends (inbound and outbound data/communications) will NOT be processed during this period.
Why we’re doing this:
Botdoc has received feedback from our customers that this functionality would be extremely beneficial. Our team is excited to be able to bring this feature to our users. This update makes it even easier for the secure transportation of data between two points.
