Botdoc Now Product Release

Dear Valued Customer,

On Sunday January 19, 2025, at 2am MST there will be scheduled downtime to enhancements to our Botdoc Now product  This planned outage will take approximately 1 hour to perform.  We appreciate your patience during this time.

Introducing our NEWEST Features and updates!

• P2 online indicator – Users can now identify connection status.  If a participant is online, then a green icon indicator will be visible.  Once that participant goes offline, the status will change to “last seen 15 mins ago” etc.
• Expire Notification – 24 hours before a recipients Pull or Push link are about to expire:
  • Recipient side:  Recipients will now receive an expiration notification letting them know their Pull/Push links are expiring and they need to take action soon.
  • User side: A recipient has not responded to a request that was initiated so now Users can get notified when that recipient’s request is about to expire, allowing users to re-send requests.
  • This is a global feature allowing the Owner/Admin to enable or disable for all users.
• SSO updates – Team user sign-,up enabled.
• Security updates
• Billing updates
• Bug fixes

Affected Product/Service: Botdoc Interface

Expected Behavior:
Botdoc’s interface will be inaccessible during this scheduled maintenance.  User Requests and Sends (inbound and outbound data/communications) will NOT be processed during this period.

Why we’re doing this:
Botdoc has received feedback from our customers that this functionality would be extremely beneficial. Our team is excited to be able to bring this feature to our users. This update makes it even easier for the secure transportation of data between two points.
